Each month something new is brought and shared with the group, for example; last month was magnesium oil we sprayed on our hands to help relieve pain. The related information on magnesium's benefits to fibromyalgia etc. We welcome all chronic pain, fibromyalgia, cfs, lupus, rsd etc.
