Terms & Conditions
Please read these submission terms and conditions carefully. If you submit your story, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. By submitting your story you hereby give the National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association (NFMCPA) full permission for the use of your name, picture, or other personally identifiable information, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images, as part of the NFMCPA’s public awareness campaigns, including www.fmcpaware.org. You waive all rights of privacy or compensation, which you may have in connection with such use of your name, picture or other personally identifiable information.
2. Only one entry per person
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Response must not contain any vulgar, derogatory, copyrighted or discriminatory content. The NFMCPA has permission to reject any story or essay containing these components.
5. Response must be between 250 and 500 words, and be relevant to the prompt.
12. The NFMCPA reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this, we will publish the amended terms on the relevant page.
