2011 SCHEDULE
January 8 - Personal/Support Sharing Month
Our group tries to meet the needs of those who may need to share what they are going through for additional support, resources and/or just because they need to share with someone. We offer this style of meeting approximately every other month. It is NOT mandatory to share and there is no judgment what you decide to do. For many, it has been very helpful to share. For others, it has been helpful to listen. You do what you feel most comfortable to do. We would love to have you come join us just as you are… All are welcome!
February 12 - Dr. Chad Harrison, D.C., Synapse Center for Health and Healing
http://www.officialsynapse.com
Dr. Harrison works at Synapse Center for Health and Healing, located in Eagan, MN. He has been in practice for over 8 years and has treated a variety of conditions. By utilizing Applied Kinesiology, Functional Medicine, Functional Neurology and a team of healthcare professionals, we have helped give answers to those who have not been able to get help with their problems. Dr. Harrison enjoys treating individuals, not diseases or conditions, because it is the person that he is concerned about.
March 12 - Personal/Support Sharing Month
April 9 - Dr. Bernarda Zenker, Medical Director, Trinity Integrative Medicine
http://www.trinityintegrativemedicine.com
Dr. Zenker is a Board-Certified Family Physician through the American Academy of Family Medicine. Her special interest is in integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual health. She has a particular concern for women’s health. She utilizes nutritional supplements to assist traditional medicine in the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases. Some areas of specific focus are preventing age-related memory loss, managing the symptoms of menopause, and increasing neurotransmitter levels when needed. To her 20 years of family practice experience using traditional medicine, Dr. Zenker has added expertise in non-Western alternative, nutritional and complementary treatment of chronic diseases. Her methodologies include neurobiological testing to assess neurotransmitter levels; hormone measurements; and the use of nutritional supplements as means to address imbalances that may trigger the emotional difficulties associated with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and mood swings.
