We have easy access & plenty of parking available at this facility with comfortable chairs for our meeting. This meeting is a safe place to give and recieve support from people living with Fibromyalgia. All Fibro family members and friends are welcome to attend. We will have a "speaker" share their personal story with Fibromyalgia then the meeting opens up for individual sharing (no cross talk at that time) We will also have resource & topic discussions and there will be monthly social gatherings available to attend! Get support!!!   

To protect the integrity of the group and the privacy of our members, most pages on our website are private. Anyone with Fibromyalgia or related chronic illness, who lives in San Diego County is welcome to join. Support Group Mission: Fibromyalgia Haven is a North San Diego County group where sufferers of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain conditions can come together to learn, laugh, love, and above all - live. We will work on managing the bad flare-ups and also on managing the moments in between; the moments in which we still suffer from the pains and symptoms of chronic illness, but in which we can and should live to the fullest.

Purpose: Our mission is to educate those living with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndromes, and Lyme disease along with their loved ones about fibromyalgia and other related disorders. We assist individuals in their search for health and well-being through a holistic approach which includes: proper nutrition and water, positive attitude, movement /exercise, avoidance of toxic chemicals, stress reduction and coping skills, spirituality, self-empowerment, sharing joys and laughter, sorrows and tears.

Purpose: Our group has been in San Francisco for over 15 years. We are focused on support for each member in the group, and on research to help with the problems associated with Fibromyalgia. I also take calls from people with Fibromyalgia, from anywhere in the U.S. and will call them back.
