HISTORY:

Founded in 2008 in Logan, Utah by Jan Favero Chambers, the National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association is the largest nonprofit 501 (c)3 organization in America working to support people with fibromyalgia and chronic pain.

MISSION STATEMENT:

To build a united patient and health care community to create a strong voice and organizational base to educate and execute advocacy programs regarding access to care, research, diagnosis and treatment for people suffering with chronic pain from fibromyalgia and overlapping conditions.
