Event Description: Calling ladies of ALL ages, help us STOP FIBROMYALGIA! Whether you have never done a pageant before or are a seasoned pro please come help us raise money for Fibromyalgia research. We are working with one of the top 10 doctors in the country to bring relief and answers to the 15 Million Americans that suffer daily. Do you have fibro? We will also be hosting a fabulous awareness day celebration party complete with live DJ!!! cost is only $30.00 and EVERYONE gets a crown!!!! If you are busy on the 21st or the stage is not your cup of tea and still want to show your support than mail in $30.00 and I will MAIL YOUR CROWN TO YOU to thank you for helping to light our candle of hope!

Event Description: The Zumbathon will take place on Friday, May 10, 2013 from 7:00pm to 10 pm at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center. This will hopefully be the largest Zumba event in the area. NOW LET’S DITCH THE WORKOUT AND JOIN THE PARTY! LET’S ZUMBA FOR THE CURE! This is how the fundraising works! There are two options you can choose from that are listed below. Please select your option and follow the guidelines. Option 1 – Pre-register with this form and pay $10. You will receive a gift the day you arrive to the event. Or you can simply pay $15 at the door that day and receive a gift if there are extra gifts. (Don’t forget to bring your friends if you choose this option – even if they have never been to a Zumba class). If you are signing up in a group, please turn in all registrations and money together! Option 2 – Go out and get donations from area businesses, friends, family, neighbors, etc and raise as much money as you possibly can to help support the work of NFCPA If you raise over $100, you will get free admission to the event and a t-shirt. The t-shirt will be guaranteed only if you pre-register and claim that you will raise over $100. You can also just turn in over $100 in donations at the door and receive free admission and a t-shirt provided we have some remaining. Timeline of the night! 6:00pm – DOORS OPEN! Registration begins. Sign waivers, check in and receive your gift. 7:00pm – begin to Zumba. Presentations from area instructors choreographed together into one 3+ hour SIZZLING MASTER CLASS! (don’t worry you can take breaks if you need to!) 9:30pm – cool down and presentation of gifts to top two largest fundraisers. RAISE THE MOST MONEY AND WIN! We will have prizes for the top two (2) individual fundraisers to show our appreciation for raising money for a great cause. Join us in this wonderful Zumbathon.
