Thanks to all of you, there are more than 50 Fibromyalgia Awareness Day Events occurring nationally and internationally!  We appreciate your commitment to raising your voices to educate people about fibromyalgia.  Even if you reach out to just one person who doesn't know about or understand the effects of fibromyalgia, it is one more person who may support future efforts to CARE and Make Fibromyalgia Visible.

You are invited to participate in a research study about fibromyalgia (FM) being conducted at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This study will help collect baseline information and identify factors affecting FM. The findings will help advance knowledge about this illness and help rehabilitation and health professionals develop effective treatment strategies for people with FM.

You are eligible to participate in this study if you are an individual with FM between the ages of 18 and 65 and can read/write at a 6th grade level or above. You can participate by completing an anonymous survey comprising several questionnaires, which will take about 45 minutes.
